Season 17 of the Emmy Award-winning series So You Think You Can Dance premieres May 18 on Fox. It will introduce a new judge panel, which includes Broadway favorite Matthew Morrison, season four runner-up Stephen "tWitch" Boss, and singer JoJo Siwa.
The upcoming season will see the return of the Emmy Award-nominated host Cat Deeley. As before, the competition reality series will follow professional dancers competing to win the first place title and a prize package. The dancing competition features multiple dance styles such as contemporary, tap, hip-hop, ballroom, animation, breaking, and more.
Morrison has familiarized himself both on stage and screen. His Broadway credits include originating the role of Link Larkin in the original cast of Hairspray, his Tony Award-nominated portrayal of Fabrizio Naccarelli in The Light in the Piazza, and J.M. Barrie in Finding Neverland.
On screen, the SAG winner starred in all six seasons of the Fox musical comedy Glee as Will Schuester. He also made guest appearances in the popular shows The Good Wife and Younger, before reuniting with Glee creator Ryan Murphy to play a lead role in American Horror Story: 1984.
