The trailer has dropped for Tovah, the Tovah Feldshuh documentary, set for release in 2026, with an official premiere at the Boca International Jewish Film Festival January 26. Directed, produced, and edited by David Serero, the film will highlight the Broadway veteran's 50 year-long career on Broadway.

Through exclusive interviews, rare archival footage, and intimate behind-the-scenes access, Tovah traces Feldshuh’s ascent from a daring young actress to a Broadway institution. The documentary explores her uncompromising artistic standards, her pioneering solo performances, and her enduring commitment to complex, intelligent, and powerful female narratives.

The documentary will feature appearances and conversations with an all-star round-up of acclaimed actors to discuss Feldshuh's tenure in theatre and her impact on the performing arts, with Oscar Isaac, Dustin Hoffman, Kristen Bell, Patti LuPone, Stephen Schwartz, Peter Gallagher, Adam Brody, Rachel Bloom, Julie Benko, Jared Grimes, Daryl Roth, Chris Silbermann, Michael Adler, Daniel Roher, Elie Chouraqui, Katie Couric, Joy Behar, Erin Foster, Sharon Bialy, and Julie Platt appearing on screen.

“Tovah Feldshuh is Broadway royalty,” said director David Serero in a statement. “This film brings together the voices of those who have been inspired by her brilliance, discipline, and courage. Tovah is a celebration of dedication to her craft.”

Feldshuh most recently appeared on Broadway in Funny Girlreplacing Jane Lynch as Mrs. Brice. Her extensive Broadway resume also includes Pippin, Irena's Vow, Golda's Balcony, Lend Me a Tenor, Yentl, Cyranoand more.
