Anthony Ramos appeared in the April 19 broadcast of The Late Late Show with James Cordon to discuss his upcoming animated movie The Bad Guys.
Produced by DreamWorks Animation, the comedy follows five notorious criminals who attempt to become model citizens to avoid going to jail. Along with Ramos, the movie stars American Buffalo actor Sam Rockwell, Marc Maron, Craig Robinson, and Awkwafina.
"I play a character named Mr. Piranha. The movie is about these five bad guys; Mr. Shark, Ms. Tarantula, Mr. Wolf, Mr. Snake, and Mr. Piranha, and they're these bad guys who do heists and things like that," explains the In the Heights star.

"They go on a quest to become good when they get caught committing this massive heist and we see the journey that they go on and what that is to become good."
During his talk show appearance, the performer went on to describe his experience recording from home and shared a story about his older brother. Watch the full clip above.
Ramos originated the role of John Laurens/Philip Hamilton in Lin-Manuel Miranda's Broadway musical Hamilton, also appearing in the Disney+ stage recording. He starred as Usnavi in the movie adaptation of Miranda's In the Heights, directed by John M. Chu. He played the same role in a production at the Kennedy Center. Ramos is expected to star in the upcoming Disney+ Marvel series Ironheart.
