PBS to Broadcast Kavalier & Clay, Tristan und Isolde, More on Great Performances at the Met

Nine Metropolitan Opera productions will air on television.

PBS has announced the lineup for the 20th season of Great Performances at the Met, featuring nine productions from the Metropolitan Opera's 2025–26 season. The operas will broadcast on television from March through October. Following each broadcast, the operas will be available to stream via PBS.org and the PBS app.

The season premiered Friday, March 20, with a broadcast of Puccini's La Bohéme, in a revival of Franco Zeffirelli's lavish production starring soprano Juliana Grigoryan and tenor Freddie de Tomasso. The remainder of the season is as follows:
