Suffs writer and star Shaina Taub returns to the stage after having to step back from the Off-Broadway show due to COVID. The new musical's company battled multiple COVID cases, ultimately leading to the show opening April 6 without a performance. Read reviews for the work here.

Extended three times and now running through May 29, Suffs features a book, music, and lyrics by Taub and examines the suffragists and forgotten women who worked against divides and oppression as part of the fight for the right to vote. Set in the years leading up to the 19th Amendment, the show explores both victories and failures.
