Vineyard Theatre is presenting the new work, directed by Pam Mackinnon.

Vineyard Theatre has set dates for its upcoming world premiere of Eisa Davis||: Girls :||: Chance :||: Music :||, which will begin at the Off-Broadway company May 12 ahead of a May 28 opening. The limited run is set to continue through June 21. Pam MacKinnon is directing.

The cast will feature Gianna DiGregorio Rivera (Private Lives), Hillary Fisher (Cyrano), Naomi Latta (In the Heights), and Yeena Sung (Younger). Casting is by Peter Dunn Casting's LeeAnn Dowd.

The play, a commission from Vineyard and American Conservatory Theater, follows four gifted teenagers at a prestigious girls' music program in Berkeley as they manage their own relationships versus the outside world's increasing disasters. The production will feature live music with improvisatory elements unique to each performance.

The production will feature scenic design by Nina Ball, costume design by Mel Ng, lighting design by Russell H. Champa, and sound design by Fan Zhang. Joy Meads will serve as dramaturg, and shiku thuo will be production stage manager.
