59E59 Theaters has announced its fall 2022 season, as well as three of its productions for winter 2023. The Off-Broadway shows have been announced with directors, several with Broadway credits, attached to helm the productions.
The fall will kick off with MHK Productions' Boswell by Marie Kohler November 12-December 4. Philip Schneidman (The Full Monty) will direct American One Acts, A Double Bill November 19-27, followed by Brenda Withers' Off Peak starring Kurt Rhoads and Nance Williamson, directed by Jess Chayes (Misery) November 26-December 23.
Continuing the season, 59E59 will also have stagings of The Journey of Jazz, presented by The Anderson Brothers, November 29-December 11. It will conclude with Ryan Emmons (Groundhog Day) directing Ye Bear & Ye Cubb December 8-23.

In the winter, Drama Desk-winning The Immortal Jellyfish Girl will take the stage January 10-February 12, followed by two productions as part of Origin Theatre's 1st Irish Festival. Fishamble: The New Play Company, which partnered with Irish Rep on a new commission program earlier this year, will present Heaven January 11-29. The season will also include a staging of Big Telly's Frankenstein's Monster is Drunk and the Sheep Have all Jumped the Fences January 11-28.
