The Fulton Theatre, located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, has announced details of its 2019–2020 season, which will kick off September 19–October 13 with Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Evita.
The season continues with the family favorite Peter Pan, November 14–December 29; the Ken Ludwig adaptation Agatha Christie’s Murder on the Orient Express (January 16–February 9, 2020); the Tony-winning hit Kinky Boots, featuring a book by Harvey Fierstein and a score by Cyndi Lauper (March 5–29); Maury Yeston and Peter Stone’s Tony-winning epic Titanic (April 16–May 10); and the long-running hit Jersey Boys (July 4–12).
The Ellen Arnold Groff studio series will feature Jeffrey Hatcher’s adaptation of Wait Until Dark (October 10–27); David Javerbaum’s An Act of God (February 13–March 1, 2020); Mathew Lopez’s The Whipping Man (March 26–April 12); and the Tony-winning musical Fun Home, featuring a score by Jeanine Tesori and book and lyrics by Lisa Kron (May 14–31).
Family productions include Fulton Executive Artistic Producer Marc Robin’s adaptations of ‘Twas The Night Before Christmas (November 30–December 28); Snow White March 14–28, 2020); The Little Mermaid (April 25–May 9); and Beauty and the Beast June 13–July 11).
