NBC News personalities Hoda Kotb, Savannah Guthrie, Al Roker, Craig Melvin, and Jenna Bush Hager will stay in Audible Theater's one-performance-only reading of Murder in Studio One, set for April 27 at 2:30 PM at Off-Broadway's Minetta Lane Theater. The performance will also be recorded and released as a podcast. Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Boys and Girls Clubs of America.

Originally written by Norman Corwin, the radio play has been adapted for this reading with permission from the Norman Administrative Trust. Audible and NBC News will be releasing the recording on their respective platforms with a segment dedicated to the reading scheduled to air on the Today show.

“Building Audible Theater over the past five years has allowed us to experiment with creative live show formats," says Audible Theater Artistic Producer Kate Navin in a statement. "This iconic cast’s one-time performance of Murder in Studio One is a lively addition to our growing repertoire.”
