Tony and Grammy winner Leslie Odom, Jr. (Hamilton) has set dates for his Leslie Odom, Jr. The Christmas Tour.
The tour will make stops at New Jersey's Mayo Performing Arts Center (December 8), Maryland's Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall (December 9), North Carolina's Knight Theater (December 12), Georgia's Atlanta Symphony Hall (December 14), Kentucky's EKU Center for the Arts (December 15), and Illinois' CIBC Theatre (December 17).
Landing his breakout role as Aaron Burr in Broadway's Hamilton, for which he earned a Tony Award, the mutli-faceted artist has released four studio albums, including two holiday recordings. Simply Christmas was released in November 2016, followed by the release of The Christmas Album in November 2020. Classic holiday tunes from the albums include "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas," "Winter Song (featuring Cynthia Erivo)," "Ma'oz Tzur (featuring Nicolette Robinson)," and "Auld Lang Syne" among others.
Odom made his Broadway debut in Rent at age 17, and starred in the New York City Center Encores! 2014 production of tick, tick... BOOM! Odom will be seen in the upcoming film Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, which will drop this December. The Emmy and Oscar nominee's other screen credits include One Night in Miami…, The Many Saints of Newark, and Central Park, and more.
