More Broadway stars have joined a one-night concert presentation of Rob Gardner's Lamb of God at the Metropolitan Opera House on March 30.
Newly announced to be joining the cast are Brandon Victor Dixon (Hell's Kitchen) as Peter, Zachary Noah Piser (Dear Evan Hansen) as Judas, Thom Sesma (Dead Outlaw) as Onias, and Katherine Alexis Thomas as Mary of Bethany.
They join the previously announced Jessie Mueller, Norm Lewis, Santino Fontana, Joy Woods, Anna Zavelson, and Alex Joseph Grayson. The concert will also feature an 80-piece orchestra and 135-person choir, combining the Brigham Young University Singers and the Brigham Young University Concert Choir, conducted by Gardner.
The Easter week concert is presented in partnership with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This will mark the first fully-realized New York City performance of Lamb of God, which debuted as a concept album featuring the London Symphony Orchestra in 2010, and has since been performed around the globe.
Tickets are available at MetOpera.org. For more information, visit LambOfGodMusical.com.
