As society faces a World War, music-loving German professor John Halder finds himself swept along in a movement that crescendos towards an unthinkable finale. The revival features designs by Vicki Mortimer, lighting design by Zoe Spurr, sound design by Tom Gibbons, hair, wigs, and make-up by Campbell young, musical arrangements and composition by Will Stuart, movement direction by Imogen Knight, and casting by Amy Ball.

Tennant was last seen in the West End in 2017 in Don Juan in Soho, and also starred in Richard II and Hamlet for the RSC, and Much Ado About Nothing in the West End.

Good was first produced by the RSC in 1981, playing the Donmar Warehouse, Aldwych Theatre, and subsequently Broadway. A film, featuring Viggo Mortensen, Jodie Whittaker, and Jason Isaacs, was released in 2008.
