The season will include performances from Broadway favorites Heather Headley, Ingrid Michaelson, Marilyn Maye, and more.

New York Pops Orchestra begins its 40th anniversary season at Carnegie Hall October 21. Kicking off with a performance of the music from Star Wars, the season features Broadway and stage favorites such as Heather HeadleyIngrid MichaelsonMarilyn Maye, and more.

The Music of Star Wars comes to Carnegie Hall October 21 at 8 PM with Steven Reineke at the podium. The concert features music from all nine films of the Skywalker Saga (Episodes I-IX), as well as the franchise's two anthology films, Rogue One and Solo: A Star Wars Story, in chronological order.

Previously announced Broadway favorites Jordan Donica (My Fair Lady),  Nikki Renée Daniels (Company), Matt Doyle (Company), and Melissa Errico (Oliver!) will take the stage November 18 for Broadway Blockbusters. The evening will feature works by Leonard Bernstein, Alan Menken, Stephen Sondheim, Andrew Lloyd Webber, and more.

The holiday season will feature two performances of Ingrid Michaelson. Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree will feature Michaelson performing carols and holiday tunes with Essential Voices USA December 16. The artist will present original songs and her holiday album Songs for the Season the following evening December 17 in Winter Song: A Holiday Evening with Ingrid Michaelson.

Tony-winner Heather Headley (Aida, The Color Purple) will join The New York Pops for a concert at Carnegie Hall February 10, 2023, performing highlights from her career, led by Pops music director and conductor Steven Reineke.

Marilyn Maye will star in The Marvelous Marilyn Maye March 24, with the cabaret icon set to perform a program including musical theatre classics.
