James Corden, Patti LuPone, More Sing Farewell to Trump Presidency in Les Misérables Parody | Playbill

Video James Corden, Patti LuPone, More Sing Farewell to Trump Presidency in Les Misérables Parody Patti LuPone isn't an anti-masker; she just plays one on late night.

On the eve of Donald Trump's departure from the White House, The Late Late Show With James Corden welcomed several Broadway favorites to perform a new version of “One Day More” from Les Misérables. Check out Corden, along Patti LuPone and Matt Lucas as anti-maskers, above.

Also joining in the performance were Joshua Grosso, Jillian Butler, Emily Bautista, and Kyle Scatliffe, along with Tony winner Shuler Hensley.

Running through a list of Trump’s antics during his time in office, the stars say goodbye to the angry tweets, baseless claims of election fraud, and conspiracy theories on Parler. In Les Misérables, “One Day More” is followed by an uprising turned violent, so here’s hoping this spoof isn't too on the nose.

The final week of Trump’s presidency has seen a flurry of late night send-offs, including Laura Benanti’s impression of Melania Trump in a tribute to NYC à la Beauty and the Beast.
