Center Stage Records will soon release a new studio album from three-time Tony winner Patti LuPone, who will return to Broadway later this season opposite Mia Farrow in The Roommate.

Entitled Patti LuPone: A Life in Notes, the new double album will be available digitally July 19 and on CD beginning August 30. The album can be pre-ordered at Amazon and CenterStageRecords.com, and the digital album can be pre-saved here.

LuPone is backed by long-time music director Joseph Thalken on piano, along with Brad Phillips on strings. A Life in Notes was conceived and directed by Scott Wittman, and the concert was written by Jeffrey Richman. LuPone has been touring the concert, including a sold-out evening at Carnegie Hall.

The studio album is produced by Emmy winner Michael Croiter and executive-produced by LuPone, Van Dean, and Staci Levine.

In A Life in Notes, the stage and screen star performs an array of songs that are touchstones and reflections on her life growing up in America—as a young girl during the burgeoning rock-and-roll scene of the '50s, to coming of age in the politically and socially turbulent '60s, and eventually achieving success on all fronts.

LuPone won Tonys for her performances in Evita, the 2008 revival of Gypsy, and the 2021 revival of Company; she won her first Olivier Award for her work in The Cradle Will Rock and Les Misérables, and her second for the 2019 London revival of Company.
