Kristin Chenoweth as Glinda ornament

The newest addition to Broadway Cares' Broadway Legends ornament series is Tony winner Kristin Chenoweth, currently back on Broadway in the new musical The Queen of Versailles.

The ornament, now on sale, features the musical theatre star in what is arguably her best-known role: Glinda in the international hit Wicked. Handcrafted to capture the bubbly brilliance of Broadway’s good witch, the 6-inch glass ornament features her iconic, radiant blue gown, complete with sparkling crown and wand. Order at BroadwayCares.org/Glinda.

The limited-edition ornament was designed by holiday artist Christopher Radko, now known as The Ornament King.

Chenoweth’s Glinda, in fact, is the 16th addition to the stellar cast of notable Broadway legends featured in the collection, including Julie Andrews, Betty Buckley, Carol Burnett, Carol Channing, Glenn Close, Harvey Fierstein, Angela Lansbury, Patti LuPone, Audra McDonald, Liza Minnelli, Bernadette Peters, Billy Porter, Chita Rivera, Barbra Streisand, and Gwen Verdon.

Other Broadway Legends ornaments currently available are Buckley as Grizabella in Cats; Burnett as Princess Winnifred in Once Upon a Mattress; Close as Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard; Lansbury as Mame Dennis in Mame; McDonald as Billie Holiday in Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar & Grill; Porter as Lola in Kinky Boots; and Rivera as Aurora in Kiss of the Spider Woman. New this year is a special Red Buckets ornament.
