About Us
Broadway Asia International (BAI) is an international producing, and general management,
company presenting theatrical productions around the world. Our work spans domestic and
international touring, commercial productions, and special engagements across multiple
territories including musicals, plays, non-verbal performance, immersive shows and attractions.
We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our touring
productions. This role will be operational both in our New York office as well as on location as
needed in Europe and Asia. This position is central to the smooth running of the company and
serves as the primary point of contact for management, cast, crew, venues, and producing
partners.


Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all day-to-day management for domestic and international tours

• Serve as the primary liaison between producers, management, venues, vendors, cast, crew, and
local presenters

• Manage tour budgets, weekly operating costs, settlements, and financial reporting

• Track and approve expenses, payroll, per diems, and touring advances

• Draft and manage contracts for various company matters and personnel

• Administer contracts and ensure compliance agreements and company policies

• Coordinate travel, housing, visas, and local logistics in collaboration with production and
booking teams

• Advance shows with presenters and venues, including staffing, schedules, and technical needs

• Support rehearsal, load-in, performance, and load-out operations

• Use best efforts to maintain company morale and address personnel concerns with discretion
and professionalism

• Oversee onboarding, HR support, and company records while on tour

• Prepare reports for producers and general management as required

• Report directly to Producers and General Management and collaborate closely with Production
Management

• Work on multiple shows at Broadway Asia International including current and new productions
forthcoming


Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in touring management, production management, or
general management for theatrical productions

• Strong budgeting and financial tracking skills

• Experience with quickbooks, managing payroll, settlements, and touring expenses

• Knowledge of theatrical, contracts, and touring practices

• Experience with touring required; international touring experience strongly preferred

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
working environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to travel as needed and work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks experience necessary

• Experience working with diverse, international teams and presenters across multiple territories
preferred
