DESCRIPTION

ASSISTANT TECHNICAL DIRECTOR/SHOP FOREMAN
The Assistant Technical Director (ATD) is responsible for:
-Assisting in Managing and overseeing all aspects of scenic construction, rigging, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
-Assist with technical drawings using software like Vectorworks/Auto CAD
-Keep work areas organized and ensure safety policies are followed
-Coordinate with crew members and project managers to ensure smooth execution
-Assist supervising Changeovers between shows
-Supervise scene shop build and daily operations
-Supervise Interns of varying skill levels who are rotated through production areas dependent upon interests and skills
Housing provide.
