Christy Altomare and Susan Egan are set to star in Disney Princess: The Concert for the second half of its US tour, launching September 5 in St. Paul, Minnesota at the Minnesota State Fair. See highlights from the spring 2022 tour above.
From October 20–November 8, the cast will include Christy Altomare, Anya in Broadway’s Anastasia; Tony nominee Susan Egan, Belle in Broadway's Beauty and the Beast and Meg in Disney’s Hercules; Isabelle McCalla, Jasmine in Broadway's Aladdin and Alyssa Greene in The Prom; Syndee Winters, Nala in Broadway's The Lion King; and Adam J. Levy.
Starting November 11, Anneliese van der Pol, who starred in Disney Channel's That’s So Raven and was the final Belle in Broadway's Beauty and the Beast, will replace Egan.
The show will feature the cast performing Disney classics like “Let It Go,” “A Whole New World,” “Colors of the Wind,” and “A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes," as well as animations and theatrical effects. The performers will share behind-the-scenes stories about their experiences through their acting careers. Attendees are encouraged to dress up.
Disney Princess: The Concert is based on the Broadway Princess Party touring production, which began as a cabaret show at Feinstein's/54 Below in 2015. The tour is co-produced by Disney Concerts with Broadway Princess Party. Benjamin Rauhala will serve as the music director.
