DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled drummer who can act for the role of W.S. “Fluke” Holland. This is an on-stage musician role—not a pit position—requiring professional-level playing with strong stage presence.

Candidates must demonstrate:

• Strong proficiency in:
  • Rockabilly
  • Early Rock & Roll (1950s style)
  • Country / “train beat” grooves (Johnny Cash style)
• Excellent time, groove, and consistency
• Ability to play with restraint and authenticity
• Comfort switching between:
  • Brushes and sticks
  • Low-volume control and high-energy numbers
• Experience playing in live band settings (not just practice or studio)

Time commitment is August 24, 2026, to September 19, 2026.

This is a non-equity casting call for a summer stock theatre located in Plymouth, MA. Housing included. No travel stipend.

The production stipend is $2,200.
