MUSIC DIRECTOR WANTED — Original Musical “Favola” (Premiere Concert, Chelsea)

Premiere Concert Date: June 5, 2025
Location: Chelsea, NYC
Compensation: $1,000 (paid in installments)

Production is seeking a Music Director for the premiere concert presentation of the original musical Favola, taking place June 5, 2025 in Chelsea (NYC).

Rehearsals will be scheduled with the cast and creative team, and will most often take place on weekday evenings and weekends, depending on artist availability.

Responsibilities include

• Music direct rehearsals and prepare cast musically for performance

• Lead vocal rehearsals as scheduled

• Coordinate musically with creative team to support concert presentation

• Be present and music direct the June 5, 2025 premiere concert

Schedule

• Rehearsal schedule TBD based on cast availability

• Expect evenings + weekends most often

• Some flexibility required due to artists’ schedules

Compensation

• $1,000 total, paid in installments (schedule to be provided)
