DESCRIPTION

Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre is seeking a KEYS 2 and a WOODWIND DOUBLER for its Summer/Fall 2026 season in scenic Grand Lake, Colorado. Musicians will perform as part of the orchestra accompanying nightly theatrical performances.

Summer season productions include SHREK, DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS, and URINETOWN

Fall Production includes NEVER CAN SAY GOODBYE: THE 70S BEEHIVE MUSICAL

Successful candidates will have musical theatre experience, excellent musicianship, a strong work ethic, and a positive, collaborative attitude.

Keys 2 (Summer) / Keys 1 Conductor (Fall)

Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre is seeking a Keys 2 for the summer season, with the expectation that the individual will transition to Keys 1/Conductor for the fall production.

Contract Dates:
Summer: May 25 – August 31
Fall: August 24 – October 5 (One-week overlap with the summer season)

Candidate must be proficient with running MainStage. Experience programming MainStage is preffered but not required.

Compensation: $600 per week (Summer) $800 per week (Fall)

Woodwind Doubler

Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre is seeking a Woodwind Doubler for the summer season.

Primary Instruments include Flute, Piccolo, Clarinet, Saxophone, Bass Clarinet

Contract Dates:
Summer: June 1 - August 31

Compensation: $600 per week

Additional Information

All non-union company members are assigned a brief duty during the season. Assignments may include set changeover, box office assistance, or participation in youth theatre workshops. Additional performance opportunities may also be available throughout the season.

Housing is provided and is shared to varying degrees. Most accommodations include private bedrooms with shared common areas and bathrooms. All housing is within walking distance of the theatre.
