101 Productions is accepting applications for our Winter/Spring 2026 General Management Internship Program.

About 101 Productions

101 Productions, Ltd. is a theatrical General Management firm headed by Wendy Orshan and Jeffrey M. Wilson. Formed in 1994, the company has provided executive producing and general management services for more than 30 years on more than 140 Broadway, Off Broadway and touring productions including the original productions of Spamalot, Curtains, Radio Golf, Noise/Funk, Lucky Guy, History Boys, Pretty Woman: The Musical, and Dear Evan Hansen as well as revivals of The Normal Heart, Kiss Me Kate, Noises Off, Macbeth, for colored girls.., Plaza Suite and many more, including several high-profile international transfers. They currently manage Art starring Bobby Cannavale, James Corden, and Neil Patrick Harris, and Jamie Lloyd's Waiting for Godot, starring Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter, and the national tours of Suffs and Some Like it Hot, Upcoming productions include August Wilson’s Joe Turner’s Come And Gone. Recent Broadway shows include Jamie Lloyd's hit revival of Sunset Boulevard starring Nicole Scherzinger, the Broadway transfer of the Olivier Award-winning revival of Cabaret, the revival of Romeo + Juliet starring Rachel Zegler and Kit Conner, the commercial transfer of the Second Stage Theatre production of Appropriate starring Sarah Paulson, Some Like It Hot, An Enemy of the People, Prima Facie starring Jodie Comer, A Doll's House starring Jessica Chastain, Suffs, Othello starring Denzel Washington and Jake Gyllenhaal, and Smash.

About the Program

The 101 Productions internship program is designed to be a pathway to learning about and getting practical applications in commercial theatrical general management and company management. Traditionally, interns are hired by season: Winter/Spring (Jan-May), Summer (June-Aug), and Fall (Sept-Dec).

Hours

In-person office hours are Monday through Friday, 10am-6pm. Full-time candidates are required, however, small schedule exceptions will be considered.

Dates

Program dates for this session are the beginning of January, 2026 through the end of May, 2026.

Compensation

101 Productions Interns are paid hourly and receive NYC Minimum Wage which, as of January 1, 2026, will be $17.00 per hour. If you are a student seeking to also receive academic credit through this program, 101 Productions will assist in filling out any required paperwork.
