DIRECTOR SOUGHT FOR STAGED READING: SONGS OF LOVE AND MADNESS
Seeking an experienced director for a one-night, script-in-hand staged reading of "Songs of Love and Madness," a romantic comedy with music in which the songs of love can be found in the DSM of Mental Illness." The production will take place at the prestigious Theater for the New City in the East Village, NYC.

Responsibilities:
The director will be responsible for casting (with writer input), leading a limited rehearsal process (1-2 sessions), and blocking basic movement to utilize the TNC stage effectively for a script-in-hand presentation. We are looking for a collaborator with a strong eye for storytelling and the ability to work efficiently with experienced actors.
