To see that mission to fruition in a new era at the New York institution, commencing with the current 2025-2026 season, Lear deBessonet assumes the role of Kewsong Lee Artistic Director, alongside Managing Director Mike Schleifer, Executive Producer Barlett Sher, Stacey and Eric Mindich Producer Nicole Kastrinos, Executive Director of Development and Planning Naomi Grabel, and LCT3 Artistic Director and Producer Maria Manuela Goyanes.
Founded in 1985 by Board Chair Hon. John V. Lindsay, Executive Producer Bernard Gersten and Director Gregory Mosher, and led for 33 years by André Bishop, LCT is one of the leading nonprofit theaters in the country, producing an annual season of plays and musicals that have been seen by millions around the globe. It is one of 11 autonomous constituents of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Each year, the three theaters that make up LCT welcome nearly 300,000 audience members to its home on the Lincoln
Center campus.
Over the last 40 years, LCT and its outstanding productions have received many of the highest accolades, including 87 Tony Awards®, 97 Drama Desk Awards, 79 Outer Critics Circle Awards, 33 Obies, 11 NY Drama Critics Circle Awards, and one Pulitzer Prize, as well as two finalists.

Position Summary:
The Associate Producer will join the Artistic team and gain hands-on experience in producing and general management within a major nonprofit theater organization. Working closely with Lincoln Center Theater’s artistic team, the Associate Producer will assist in shepherding productions from development through performance across all three venues.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Producers with administrative, creative, and logistical support for current and upcoming productions.
• Help coordinate calendars, contracts, and communication among artistic, production, marketing, and general management departments.
• Participate in production meetings, readings, and workshops.
• Conduct research and prepare materials for potential productions, artists, and projects.
• Support coordination of developmental readings, rehearsals, and special events.
• Assist with tracking budgets, invoices, and production expenses.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Development teams on show-related content and donor events.
• Provide general administrative support to the Producing and Artistic staff as assigned.
• Participate in staff meetings, internal training, and professional development opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 4 years of experience in producing, theater management, or arts administration.
• Strong interest in nonprofit theater, producing, and artistic development.
• Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with union structures (AEA, SDC, USA), budgeting, and production timelines a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic budgeting or scheduling software.
• A collaborative, positive, and flexible approach in a high-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position with an annual salary range of $115,000 - $120,000. Lincoln Center Theater provides comprehensive benefits including: Paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 403(b) and Employer Match, and Paid Time Off.
