Job Location: NY – Hybrid

Compensation: $40K-$45K + 401k with Match + 3 weeks PTO +Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits!

If any of this sounds like you, we are in search of an Account Management Assistant to join our Account Management team.

A day in the life of an Account Management Assistant:

· Assist Account Management team with general administration as needed, including scheduling meetings, phone calls, and other administrative duties

· Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports for select executives

· Coordinate in-office catering for Account Management related meetings when needed

· Maintain appointment calendar for Araca’s Account Management team

· Work with other assistants at Araca to make sure the office calendar is scheduled correctly, meetings are happening, and the office is running efficiently

· Coordinate attendance at entertainment industry conferences and events

· Manage the agenda for Account Management meetings and distribute follow up notes

· Organize client gifts for openings, holidays, special events, etc.

· Develop client relationships for, and manage service to, selected Araca accounts, as follows:

· Maintain a positive working relationship with clients and respond promptly to client demands

· Assist the client in developing promotional products in consult with Araca’s Creative Director and Design Team

· Coordinate fulfillment of existing product promotional orders and requests with managers

· Track and distribute promotional invoices

· Distribute weekly merchandise reports

· Mange the updates of Program inserts and non-US souvenir programs/brochures

· Write copy for web store e-blasts, product descriptions, and banners when requested

· Manage Account Management related special projects when assigned such as client presentations, event planning, compiling sales data, social media, etc.

· Personable and great communicator

· Highly organized, self-motivated and resourceful

· Proven ability to prioritize, adhere to deadlines and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced, creative environment

REQUIREMENTS:

· College graduate or commensurate work experience

· 1+ years of entertainment or retail industry experience

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills
