Cheyenne Jackson, who will return to Broadway later this month in the hit comedy Oh, Mary!, is set to make his solo Carnegie Hall concert debut December 8 at the Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage.
Joining the stage and screen star at the 8 PM performance will be Tony winner Jane Krakowski (who will also star opposite Jackson in Oh, Mary!) and Hell’s Kitchen star Jessica Vosk. Tony winner Warren Carlyle will direct the Carnegie evening, which will weave together Broadway hits, pop anthems, and American Songbook classics.
Jackson will also bring his new concert act to venues around the country. The newly announced touring itinerary includes shows in California, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Kansas. A full schedule and ticketing links are here.
“I’m so excited to bring this new evening of music to Carnegie Hall and to some of my favorite cities around the country,” Jackson said in a statement. “It’s been incredibly fun to put together this eclectic mix of songs from so many different genres that all mean so much to me and I can’t wait to show everyone what Warren and I have been up to.”
Jackson has previously been seen on Broadway in Xanadu, Into the Woods, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Aida, The Performers, Once Upon a Mattress, Finian’s Rainbow, and All Shook Up, winning a Theatre World Award for the latter. His screen work includes American Horror Story, 30 Rock, Glee, Julie and the Phantoms, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Doctor Odyssey, Call Me Kat, The Morning Show, and American Woman.
Jackson is also scheduled to perform with Justin Guarini and Tony winner James Monroe Iglehart November 6 at the Atlas Performing Arts Center in Washington, D.C., in an evening titled The Three Tenors of Broadway.
