The reviews are in for indie rock band The Kilbanes' new musical Weightless which makes its Off-Broadway premiere at WP Theater. Featuring storytelling band members and husband-and-wife duo Kate Kilbane and Dan Moses, the musical opened September 29, having begun previews September 17, and will run through October 16.

Procne and Philomela have been separated, and the two sisters must travel across worlds to reunite. Based on the band’s theatrical concept album of the same name, and inspired by Ovid's Metamorphoses, the work was previously adapted into a movie, which was streamed by WP Theater in 2021.
