Performances are underway for Eric Roth's new stage adaptation of the Academy Award-nominated 1952 film High Noon, which is making its world premiere at London's Harold Pinter Theatre for a limited engagement through March 7, 2026.
Directed by Olivier winner Thea Sharrock, performances of the thriller, told in real time, feature Emmy and Tony winner Billy Crudup as Will Kane, with Olivier winner Denise Gough as Amy Fowler.
The two artists are joined by Billy Howle, Rosa Salazar, Simon Chandler, James Doherty, Misha Handley, Joshua Hill, Jonah Russell, Rebecca Lee, and Tim Steed.
The adaptation of the Carl Foreman screenplay is set in the American West of the 1800s, and at its heart is the bond between Will Kane and Amy Fowler, a love tested by impossible choices as the clock ticks down to the return of deadly outlaw Frank Miller on the high noon train.
