Thomas Kail is directing the revival of the Eugene O'Neill play at St. Ann's Warehouse.

Additional casting has been revealed for St. Ann's Warehouse's upcoming revival of Eugene O'Neill's Anna Christie, which will feature Golden Globe winner Michelle Williams in the title role as previously announced. The production will play the Brooklyn venue November 25, 2025–February 1, 2026, with a two-week break December 22, 2025-January 5, 2026. Tony winner Thomas Kail, Williams' off-screen husband, will direct.

Newly announced for the production are: Mare Winningham as Marthy Owen, Joe Carroll as Larry, Anthony Chatmon II as Postman, Timothy Hughes as Johnny, and Noah Plomgren and Jordan Barbour in the ensemble. They join the previously announced Brian D'Arcy James as Chris Christopherson and Tom Sturridge as Mat Burke.

The production will feature movement and fight choreography by Steven Hoggett (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child), scenic design by Christine Jones (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child) and Brett J. Banakis, costume design by Paul Tazewell (Hamilton), lighting design by Natasha Katz (Sweeney Todd), and music by Nicholas Britell (Succession).

Originally premiering in 1921, Anna Christie follows a former prostitute trying to turn her life around. The work won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 1922, and has been revived on Broadway three times, in 1952, 1977, and 1993.
