The 2025-2026 season lineup has been revealed for Broadway in Worcester, an initiative launched in 2022 by Worcester native Eric Butler, which brings Broadway stars to the Massachusetts town and fosters collaboration between top talents and students with free educational programming.

The season will kick off September 12 with the return of Sirius XM radio host Seth Rudetsky's concert series, which will bring a one-night-only special concert with Rudetsky and Tony Award winner James Monroe Iglehart. Rudetsky will guide Iglehart through intimate, funny, behind-the-scenes stories mixed with songs Iglehart has performed on Broadway and beyond. The set list will include songs from his career like “What a Wonderful World” from his Tony-nominated turn as Louis Armstrong in A Wonderful World, Thomas Jefferson’s “What’d I Miss?” from Hamilton, and the Genie’s “Friend Like Me” from Aladdin.

Tony winner Matt Doyle will join Grammy and Emmy Award-winning director John McDaniel for his show Make the Season Bright December 10. The holiday concert will feature songs from Doyle's album of the same title and timeless classics from the Great American Songbook.

On March 20, 2026, Lindsay Mendez will recount stories and songs that highlight her Tony-winning career, alongside music director McDaniel.
