Skid Row is getting ready to welcome three new leads in March at the Westside Theatre.

Suddenly, a trio of new stars!

The hit Off-Broadway revival of Little Shop of Horrors will welcome three Broadway favorites to Skid Row next month at the Westside Theatre.

Jordan Fisher (Hamilton, Sweeney Todd, Dear Evan Hansen, Hadestown) and Tony winner Nikki M. James (The Book of Mormon, Suffs, Les Miserables) will step into the roles of, respectively, plant shop workers Seymour and Audrey, beginning March 6, while three-time Tony nominee Andy Karl (Groundhog Day, Rocky, On the Twentieth Century) will become Dr. Orin Scrivello, D.D.S. beginning March 10.

The trio will succeed Joshua Bassett and Tony nominee Joy Woods (Gypsy), who will play their final performances as Seymour and Audrey March 1 (understudies will cover the roles March 3–5), and Tony nominee Andrew Durand (Dead Outlaw), who ends his run as Orin March 8.

“Joshua and Joy have brought such sincerity, joy, and soul to Seymour and Audrey,” says producer Tom Kirdahy in a statement. “Their performances have been a true gift to this production, and we are deeply grateful for the magic they’ve shared with our company and audiences.”

The long-running production also currently features Christopher Swan (Annie at MSG) as Mushnik, Christian McQueen as The Voice of Audrey II, Christine Wanda as Ronnette, Savannah Lee Birdsong as Crystal, and Morgan Ashley Bryant as Chiffon, as well as Teddy Yudain, Weston Chandler Long, Mecca Hicks, Jeff Sears, Aveena Sawyer, Mike Masters, Alloria Frayser, Chani Maisonet, Johnny Newcomb, Jon Hoche, Jonothon Lyons, and Noel MacNeal.

Previous players in the roles of Seymour and Audrey Off-Broadway have included Jonathan Groff, Tammy Blanchard, Jeremy Jordan, Lena Hall, Maude Apatow, Gideon Glick, Rob McClure, Skylar Astin, Conrad Ricamora, Matt Doyle, Darren Criss, Milo Manheim, Sherie Rene Scott, Evan Rachel Wood, Corbin Bleu, Constance Wu, Sarah Hyland, Andrew Barth Feldman, and RuPaul's Drag Race winner Jinkx Monsoon, who became first drag queen to play Audrey in a major production of the musical.

The Off-Broadway revival began previews September 17, 2019, prior to an official opening October 17; the production resumed its run September 21, 2021, after temporarily closing in March 2020 due to the pandemic.

Director Michael Mayer's creative team for the Howard Ashman-Alan Menken musical also includes choreographer Ellenore Scott, scenic designer Julian Crouch, lighting designer Bradley King, costume designer Tom Broecker, sound designer Jessica Paz, puppet designer Nicholas Mahon, original puppet designer Martin P. Robinson, hair and makeup designer Tommy Kurzman, music supervisor, orchestrator, and arranger Will Van Dyke, and casting director Jim Carnahan. Puppets are by Monkey Boys Productions.

General management is by Live Wire Theatrical/Chris Aniello, and production stage management is by Kate Croasdale.
