The first season of the web series The Accidental Wolf is up for two Webby Award Nominations.
Tony winner Kelli O'Hara, who stars in the series, and writer Arian Moayed were nominated in the respective categories of Best Individual Performance and Best Writing. Moayed, who earned a Tony nomination for his performance in Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo and also starred in the Tony-winning The Humans, collaborated with O’Hara on the development of the serieswhile she starred on Broadway in The King and I.
Public voting for the People's Voice Award is now open through April 19 at vote.WebbyAwards.com. The two are also up for the Webby Award, determined by members of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, in their respective categories.
The Webbys honor excellence in seven major media types: Websites, Film & Video, Advertising, Media & PR, Social, Mobile Sites & Apps, Games, and Podcasts & Digital Audio.
