The complete cast is now set for the Off-Broadway return of The Other Josh Cohen, written by and starring David Rossmer and Steve Rosen. As previously announced, performances will begin October 26 at the Westside Theatre, where it will officially open November 12.
Joining Rossmer and Rosen will be Kate Wetherhead (Legally Blonde) and Hannah Elless (Bright Star), who also appeared in the productions at SoHo Playhouse and Paper Mill Playhouse, then directed by Ted Sperling. Hunter Foster will direct the production at the Westside Theatre.
Rounding out the company of actor-musicians will be Elizabeth Nestlerode, Luke Darnell, Louis Tucci, and Zachary Spound.
In the musical, the title Josh has hit rock bottom; he’s single and broke, and his apartment’s been robbed of everything but a Neil Diamond CD. His luck takes a turn when a mysterious envelope arrives.
The limited engagement is scheduled through February 24, 2019.
