Rehearsals are underway for White Noise, the new play by Pulitzer Prize-winner Suzan-Lori Parks (Topdog/Underdog, In the Blood). The play is directed by Oskar Eustis, artistic director of the Public Theater, and will run March 5–April 14 in the Public's Anspacher Theater.
White Noise concerns long-time friends and lovers Leo, Misha, Ralph, and Dawn, who are educated, progressive, cosmopolitan, and woke. But when a racially motivated incident with the cops leaves Leo shaken, he decides extreme measures must be taken for self-preservation. The play stars Hamilton original cast member Daveed Diggs, Sheria Irving, Thomas Sadowski, and Zoë Winters.
