Tony Award nominee Max von Essen, who currently stars in Broadway’s Anastasia, will be joined by music director Billy Stritch July 23 at Birdland Jazz Club. Showtime is 7:30 PM.

Von Essen (An American in Paris) will celebrate the best of Broadway and the American Songbook during the concert, which will feature musicians Steve Doyle on bass, Daniel Glass on drums, and Mairi Dorman-Phaneuf on cello.
