The Tony Awards will be releasing a limited number of tickets for NYC students to attend the 75th Annual event through a student rush program. Students must present a valid student ID at the Radio City Music Hall box office June 7th at 10 AM to receive a ticket at the discounted rate of $250, with an added $6 facility fee.
The 2022 Tony Awards takes place June 12, hosted by Academy Award winner and Tony nominee Ariana DeBose. The ceremony will stream live at Paramount+ with Emmy winners and current Broadway stars Darren Criss and Julianne Hough hosting the first hour of the event, titled The Tony Awards: Act One, followed by an evening of awards and performances. The stream is set to begin at 7 PM ET from Radio City Music Hall. The Paramount+ stream will be followed by the main ceremony, airing simultaneously on CBS and Paramount+ (the latter for premium-level subscribers only) from 8 PM ET, making this year's ceremony the first in Tony Awards history to be available live nationwide. The broadcast will also be available to stream on demand on Paramount+ for all membership tiers following the live stream.
