Jocelyn Bioh, L Morgan Lee, BD Wong, More Join 2025-2026 Tony Awards Nominating Committee

With one Tony Awards over, another begins. The Tony Awards Administration Committee has announced the Nominating Committee for the 2025-2026 Broadway season.

Newcomers to the committee include sound designer Mark Benett, music director Rob Berman, playwright Jocelyn Bioh, creative director and Audible Theater Executive Producer Jeremy Blocker, director and Chautauqua Theater Company Producing Artistic Director Jade King Carroll, choreographer-director Will Davis, Eugene O'Neill Theatre Center Executive Director Tiffani Gavin, director and writer Daniel Goldstein, associate director and choreographer Ricky Hinds, composer-lyricist-librettist Timothy Huang, composer-lyricist-librettist Anna K. Jacobs, costume designer Jessica Jahn, playwright Joshua Harmon, lighting designer Peter Kaczorowski, amanuensis and composer Glen Kelly, actor L Morgan Lee, choreographer Danny Mefford, Repertorio Español Executive Artistic Director Rafael Sánchez, playwright-librettist Jeffrey Sweet, retired general manager Charlotte Wilcox, and actor-director-playwright BD Wong.

The Nominating Committee attends all productions during the season and meets on a date designated by the Administration Committee to determine, by vote, the Tony nominees for that season. The 2025-2026 committee includes 64 members; members serve a three-year term. The nominating committee is a different body than the Tony Awards voters.
