Noises Off, Michael Frayn’s backstage farce-within-a-farce, is set to open at Two River Theater January 18 after beginning performances January 12. The production, helmed by Sunday in the Park with George director Sarna Lapine, is scheduled to run through February 3.
In Noises Off, mayhem ensues as a third-rate theatre troupe rehearses and then performs the ill-fated farce Nothing On.

The cast will include Ellen Harvey as Dotty Otley, Kathleen Choe as Belinda Blair, Kimiye Corwin as Poppy Norton-Taylor, Michael Crane as Garry Lejeune, Gopal Divan as Lloyd Dallas, Philip Goodwin as Selsdon Mowbray, Adrianna Mitchell as Brooke Ashton, Jason O’Connell as Frederick Fellowes, and Phillip Taratula as Tim Allgood.
The creative team includes scenic designer Charlie Corcoran, costume designer Valérie Thérèse Bart, lighting designer Ken Billington, sound designer Karin Graybash, and wigs designer Dave Bova. The movement consultant is Lorenzo Pisoni, and the dialect coach is Ron Carlos.
Casting is by Calleri Casting, and the stage manager is Jane Pole.
