DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and versatile Saxophonist to join the band for Piano Men, a concert production celebrating the iconic music of Billy Joel, Elton John and many others. This exciting show runs from January 17 to February 9, 2025, at the historic Palace Theatre in Manchester, NH.

Responsibilities:

• Perform live with the band during all scheduled performances
• Play a variety of saxophone parts, including solos and ensemble work, across multiple genres
• Collaborate with the musical director and other musicians to create a high-energy, cohesive performance

Requirements:

• Proficient in playing saxophone (Alto, Tenor, and/or Soprano)
• Experience in live performance, preferably in musical theatre or concert settings
• Ability to adapt to a range of styles, including pop, rock, and ballads
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to the full rehearsal and performance schedule
• Must be available for all rehearsals and performances from January 8 – February 9, 2025
