Our client, a top financial firm located in midtown, is seeking to hire temporary Executive/Administrative Assistants for long-and short-term temporary positions
Responsibilities:
• Draft and send correspondence
• Provide administrative support to a team of executives
• Answer busy phones
• Schedule and organize internal/external meetings
• Coordinate travel – domestic and international
• Maintain and manage busy calendars
• Prepare and process expense reports
• Respond quickly /accurately to email correspondence
Qualifications:
· Proficient with MS Office
· 2 plus years of administrative experience in a corporate setting- ideally financial
· Be proactive- work independently as well as part of a team
· Must be available and able to work Monday through Friday in office
