DESCRIPTION

eye5 LLC, New York City’s longest operating experiential staffing agency, is hiring for the position of:

Talent Booking Associate

We’re looking for candidates with event staffing experience, or fast learners who understand the pace and demands of the live events and experiential marketing world. This is a full-time role that supports a wide range of programs, including conferences, brand activations, and high end hospitality venues. The position may occasionally require work outside standard office hours, including periodic weekend and evening event support during busy event cycles.

The ideal candidate will have strong interviewing and talent-evaluation skills, with the ability to quickly assess both personality and capability during brief video interviews—often in as little as 15 minutes. Because our clients rely on us to place the right people in front of their audiences, it’s essential that our team can read beyond a resume and determine whether a candidate has the professionalism, energy, and communication style required for a specific role. This means asking thoughtful questions, picking up on subtle cues, and confidently evaluating whether someone will represent our clients and eye5 well in the field.

In addition to strong interviewing instincts, the role requires excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Our Booking Team manages multiple programs simultaneously, often under tight timelines, so candidates must be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ability to stay organized, prioritize competing needs, and maintain clear communication while juggling several staffing programs at once is critical to success in this role.

If you’re excited about live events, enjoy building strong relationships with talent, and love bringing all the puzzle pieces together, we’d love to hear from you. This is a dynamic role where no two days look the same—each day brings new events, challenges, and opportunities to make an impact. We’re looking for someone who is eager to grow alongside our agency as we continue to expand and evolve. If you’re ready to step into a fast-moving environment and take the next step in your career, we encourage you to send us your resume.
