SYNOPSIS

“Get ready for a night of unforgettable charm, sizzling swing, and timeless class with “Feeling Good”—a musical celebration of today’s modern crooners! Featuring hits made famous by Michael Bublé, Harry Connick Jr., Bette Midler, and Lady Gaga, this stylish revue stirs in a splash of Sinatra magic for a toe-tapping, heartwarming evening. This show blends classic standards from the infamous Rat Pack like “Come Fly With Me”, “The Way You Look Tonight”, and “It Had to Be You” with upbeat surprises including “All About That Bass” and “It’s a Beautiful Day.” Don’t miss this night of class, sass, and sensational music—because when these crooners hit the stage, you’ll leave “Feeling Good.”

The production, which has been running since September in FST’s Court Cabaret space, will close on February 8th and reopen the week of February 17th in the Keating Theatre, also located on FST’s campus in Sarasota, Florida. It will run there – playing 8 performances per week— until closing March 8th.

The production is accompanied by live piano and drums and supplemented with tracks which are fired by the pianist. FST is seeking a skilled, experienced musician who is comfortable performing on stage with the actors, accompanying live and playing tracks, and possibly singing some backing vocals.
