Gustavo Dudamel will become the Philharmonic’s Oscar L. Tang and H.M. Agnes Hsu-Tang Music and Artistic Director beginning at the start of the 2026-2027 season.
About the Role
The People & Culture Generalist plays a vital role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the People & Culture team and helping deliver a positive, inclusive employee experience across the organization. This role works closely with the Director of People Operations on people systems and processes and partners with the Director of Culture & Inclusion to support initiatives that foster connection, engagement, and a sense of belonging.
