Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to join our team for the upcoming production season. The successful candidate will assist with essential administrative functions, including scheduling, union filings, project tracking, invoice processing, and various ad hoc tasks related to a theatrical production. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management for production-related activities
  • Prepare and submit necessary union filings and documentation
  • Track project milestones and deadlines, ensuring timely progress
  • Process and track invoices and payments
  • Provide additional support on various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines reliably
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience managing data
  • Some knowledge or prior experience with professional theatrical productions preferred
  • Willingness to travel between office and performance venues as required
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
