DESCRIPTION

Leading financial firm in midtown is seeking to hire Temporary Assistants for Long term roles to provide Administrative support to their teams of Executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Mgmt- maintaining a daily calendar -schedule all internal and external meetings- keeping the executives informed of upcoming appointments and making any necessary changes
  • Prepare and Process Expense reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements both Domestic and International - prepare itineraries
  • Drafting and sending out general correspondence
  • Prioritizing and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Screen incoming calls, meet and greet guests/clients in a courteous professional demeanor

Qualifications:

  • Must have min 2 years of previous administrative office experience supporting a team or individuals in a corporate setting
  • MS Office -
  • Strong attention to detail

DURATION

SALARY

$28.00 – $38.00 per hour
