DESCRIPTION

For: CLUE NATIONAL TOUR AEA LEVEL 6
When: On or about November 17, 2024 to May 18, 2025
Rate: ATPAM Minimum. Open for discussion based on experience.

The Company Manager reports directly to the Producers and General Management team. They are responsible for all touring finances, logistics, and for the management of all tour personnel.


CM Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Overseeing the tour management team and setting a positive tone for the touring company;
-Handling a variety of HR issues that arise on the road and liaising with the General Manager to find solutions;
-Ensuring company policies and procedures are being followed by all company members;
-Managing payroll and benefits for company members;
-Auditing nightly box office statements, finalizing settlements and liaise with local presenters to ensure adherence to booking agreements;
-Tracking all Company Management purchases, settlements, budgets, related paperwork and submitting receipts and reports weekly;
-Paying bills and managing petty cash;
-Managing transportation and housing arrangements for the entire touring company, creative team, and designers in accordance with agreements;
-Acting as the first and primary contact for any company member medical needs, especially in case of emergency;
-Providing support for special events and company projects;

CM Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years Company Management experience, preferably with a touring company;
-Exceptional interpersonal written and oral communication, organization, and budgeting skills.
-Collaborative and consistent work ethic with the ability to maintain and exude pleasant, calm, professional demeanor in high pressure situations;
-Exercises discretion and maintains confidentiality when required;
-Willingness to respond effectively and appropriately to emergency needs;
-Interest in mentoring and training up-and-coming Company Managers;
-Strong Excel and QuickBooks skills;
-Knowledge of and respect for adhering to industry and OSHA standard safety practices;
-Working knowledge of labor unions;
-Valid driver's license with clean driving record and willing to drive rented vehicles;
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely without assistance;
-At least 21 years of age;
-Ability to thrive in a life on the road;

SALARY

$1,429.39 – $1,429.39 per week
