Job Description: We are seeking a positive, outgoing Events Coordinator with a passion for the arts and a flair for sales. This role is ideal for someone with a background in event production who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to create memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of events, from initial planning to execution.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop creative event concepts and proposals.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-site management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Conduct site visits and attend events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote our services and generate new business.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in catering or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing and positive demeanor.
- A background in theatre, arts, or related fields is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.

SALARY
$60,000.00 – $75,000.00
per year
