12 participants will be selected to join the conservatory. |

Candidates should possess strong musical theatre skills and have completed a minimum of one year of undergraduate-level training or its equivalent. |

Pre-professional performers will be trained by Barrington Stage Associate Artists and visiting industry professionals. The program features a rigorous daily curriculum, including acting, singing, and dance workshops, alongside courses in performance, business, audition techniques, mock auditions, and master classes. Participants will showcase their talents on two BSC Mainstages: Mr. Finn’s Cabaret and the Boyd-Quinson Mainstage. Over 8 weeks, they will sharpen their skills and prepare confidently for the professional world. |
