Seeking(Nationwide) comedic talent for the Great Smoky Mountain Murder Mystery Dinner Show. Looking for two female-identifying comedic actors. Rehearsals are mandatory. Expect more shows in peak season.

Production states: "We have two contracts that will open up on April 25(1st day of rehearsal). Production will require talent to commit to a four-month contract with possibility of extension through 2026 season. Also, the company is looking for immediate replacements that the company would like to keep on file.

Production requires professionalism, a strong work ethic, memorization, several roles/internal swing roles, quick wit, advanced improv skills, positive attitude, consistent performances, respect to the Director and your fellow Actors/Housemates, and focus. We are looking for seasoned performers that understand comedy and truly know how to make an audience laugh.

Roles in this Project:
Doc, Kitty, Jessie, Melissa, Coach Mann, Lily, Roscette, Lisa(Bride), Mother in Law/Aunt Madge,Margo "Rita" Burns.
Female Identifying. Age range: 21-40.

Actor will learn five roles in the four shows that are rotated throughout the weekly schedule. Fifth role is for internal swing purposes. Heavy improv skills preferred and strong comedic acting abilities. We seek versatile comedic actors that can play several different characters. Actors are expected to come in on day one with as many scripts off-book as possible. You will have plenty of time before your first rehearsal to start working on and understanding our productions. We provide detailed scripts, specific blocking, videos of the shows, set bits, etc. to make this a smooth process for new actors. Think of this job as 'SNL' sketch comedy with murder. The shows are a blast to do! Know how to let go and have fun with the silly material. If you're having fun in your audition, we will too.

$550.00/wk

Lodging provided in a shared home with private bedrooms; mini fridge in each room along with a full kitchen and main fridge; travel reimbursement provided for talent coming from out of town; 1-3 days off a week (depending on coverage, swings, holidays, and dark days); requested time off; free WiFi; free gym membership. You will not be asked to serve food
